You have failed to access a secure area. The server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.


One or a more of the reasons given below have caused the error. Please take the appropriate required action and try again.

  • Wrong Username or Password: Please refer to the email you were sent at time of purchase for the correct credentials to enter the Member area. 
  • You have not got an account: Accounts are created for users who have purchased our products. To be able to access the Member Area you must have purchased a software license.
  • Your Maintenance has lapsed and you have not renewed it: We provide support, upgrades, activation and deactivation services to current clients only. If you have not renewed maintenance you will not be granted access to the Member Area and you will not benefit from the Member Services provided in the Member Area. Please do not contact us hoping to be granted access or services if your maintenance has run out. We will not tell you anything different. 
  • Your network security settings are too high: Ask your system/security administrator to give you required permissions. Or use a PC that is outside the network.
  • Your firewall security settings are too high: Ask your system/security administrator to give you required permissions. Or use a PC that is outside the network.
  • Your browser security settings are too high: Ask your system/security administrator to give you required permissions.
