Sarah heads our uniquely blended CX & Services team. 

Prior to joining ChristianSteven Software in 2012, Sarah worked in many diverse Customer Service Centers, providing training and support. Sarah holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. She holds a variety of certifications in management and other disciplines.

At home, Sarah enjoys tending to her 3 boys, reading and playing poker.

Colt serves as the lead consultant of our Professional Services department and has been with ChristianSteven Software since 2013.

Raised in western North Carolina, he relocated to the Charlotte area in 2011 following his graduation from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Integrated Information Technology. 

As a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in Business Intelligence, Colt is uniquely qualified to assist you in advancing and implementing your very own BI Strategy. 

Colt is an avid college football fan, budding photographer and tech junkie. He lives in South Carolina with his beautiful wife and two dogs.

Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Chad studied at Georgia Southern University and then relocated to Charlotte, NC in 1999 to launch his sales career as an advertising sales executive at WBT Radio, where he spent over a decade. After his long stint in the radio world, Chad joined Sandler Training in 2010 and became an award-winning salesman, trainer, and coach, joining ChristianSteven in 2015.

Chad is a guitar-playing music buff who enjoys a good stretch on a yoga mat before cooking a five-star meal, then watching a ball game. He lives in Huntersville, NC with his beautiful wife and two kids.

Christian Ofori-Boateng | Co-Founder

Christian Ofori-Boateng

Christian has served as ChristianSteven Software’s Chief executive since the company’s inception in 2002.

Born in Ghana and schooled in Kenya and Ghana, he studied at the Atlantic College in Wales and at the University of London before entering the work force.

During the mid-1990s Christian entered the software and business arena, writing and selling successful shareware applications, cutting his teeth in web marketing and Internet-based businesses.

Christian conceived ChristianSteven Software as a solutions provider to create and market easy-to-use and intuitive applications specifically for information management and database reporting.

Christian is a lifetime member of the Cambridge Who’s Who, a sought-after writer on the subject of business intelligence, music aficionado, history buff, and news junkie. A proud father of three, Christian spends most of his free time with his children and lovely wife.

Steven Amani | Co-Founder

Steven Amani

Chief Solutions Architect


Fluent in Chichewa (the native language of Malawi) and English, Steven studied Mechanical Engineering at University of Surrey and Computer Science at University of Portsmouth.

Steven began programming at age 16 in languages like Pascal, Turbo-Pascal, Basic and Fortran. He wrote mathematical formulae to solve academic problems. This was the precursor to his career in Business Intelligence and Analytics.

In his dual roles at ChristianSteven Software, Steven is the visionary responsible for overall product strategy & development, and also oversees technical services.

A self-proclaimed software developer, geek, businessman, entrepreneur, gadget freak, artist, and Apple fan boy, Steven has business interests in the US, UK, and Malawi where he was born.

An enthusiastic photographer in his spare time, Steven lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and three kids that he adores.

Evan Kettler | Non-Executive Director

Evan Kettler

Strategist & Advisor


Evan Kettler is a non-executive board member with ChristianSteven Software, where he has been involved as a strategist and adviser since 2011.  

Evan began his career with Arthur Andersen’s consulting business in New York City, before it became Accenture; his specialty was organizational and systems planning for large consumer products and manufacturing companies.

He went to work for one of his clients, Springs Industries, evaluating and pricing out companies for potential acquisition.

After a brief stint in the government bond market, Evan committed to the life of an entrepreneur. Kettler StrategyWorks, his third venture, is focused on working with the owners of growing businesses as they build out their organizations and develop their leadership skills.  He also serves as a Vistage chair in Charlotte, leading a peer advisory board composed of small and midsized CEO/owners.

Evan holds a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He and wife, Karen, are the proud parents of two computer science majors, Cole and Rafe, and Josie the wonder dog.
