How do I add a Tableau account in ATRS?

This is how you would associate your Tableau account(s) with ATRS. Associating your Tableau account gives ATRS access to the reports you wish to use in your schedule(s).

Integrations Library - Tableau Account 

Step 1: Select Integrations.

Step 2: Select Tableau from the Integration library

Step 3: Click Add.

Step 4: Add your Tableau account fields. 

  • Account Name: Enter an account name.
  • Authentication Type: Select whether you would prefer to use Token authentication or a username and password.
  • Server Address: Enter your Tableau server address. 
  • Site Name: Enter your Site Name. 
  • Token Name or Username: If you use Token authentication enter your Token name, if not then enter your Username.
  • Token Value or Password: If you use Token authentication enter your Token Value, if not then enter your Password. 
  • API Version: Enter the API version you are using. 

Step 5: Click Verify.

Step 6: Click Save & Close.

The Tableau account is now added to ATRS.
