System Backup
Backing up the ATRS system includes safeguarding the system database and files. It is advisable to regularly schedule a system backup for ATRS in case restoration or server migration is necessary.
Ad-Hoc System Backup
To create an ad-hoc backup of the ATRS system database and files, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the System tab and select Backup.
Step 2: Select the destination folder for storing the backup and then click on the OK button.
ATRS will now backup the necessary data files.
Step3: Once the backup has completed click OK to complete the process.
By following these simple steps, you will be able to perform a quick and efficient backup of the necessary data files in the ATRS system.
To access the backup, go to the designated backup folder and locate a folder named "Backup followed by the date and time"
