The Web Application has the ability to delete a single or package schedule whether you are an Admin or a user. Here's How.
How to delete a schedule as an Admin:
Step 1 - Navigate to Schedules

- All report folders in PBRS will be shown in the Schedules section.
Step 2 - Select the folder containing the schedule
Step 3 - Select the (...) button to the right of the schedule

Step 4 - From the dropdown, select Delete Schedule

Step 5 - Confirm that you want to delete the schedule by clicking on Delete


- A pop-up will appear showing that the schedule deleted successfully.
How to give permissions for a user to delete a schedule:
Step 1 - Navigate to User Manager in the PBRS Application.

Step 2 - Select Groups

Step 3 - Select the Group you would like to be able to delete schedules.
Step 4 - Select the Permissions Tab and make sure Delete Schedules is checked

Step 5 - Once the permissions have been set, click Ok.
Step 6 - Navigate back to the PBRS Authentication tab.

Step 7 - Select the user for whom you would like to grant permission to delete schedules.
Step 8 - By Security Role, select the group that now has deletion permissions.

Step 9 - Click Ok to save the permissions
This user has been added to the group and can now delete single or package schedules in the PBRS Web Application.
