The Web Application has the ability to delete a single or package schedule whether you are an Admin or a user. Here's How.
How to delete a schedule as an Admin:
Step 1 - Go to Schedules
- All report folders in PBRS will be shown in the Schedules section.
Step 2 - Select the folder containing the schedule
Step 3 - Select the (...) button to the right of the schedule
Step 4 - Click Delete Schedule
Step 5 - Click Delete
- A pop-up will appear showing that the schedule deleted successfully.
How to give permissions for a user to delete a schedule:
Step 1 - Go to User Manager in the PBRS app
Step 2 - Click on Groups
Step 3 - Select the group you would like to be able to delete schedules
Step 4 - Go to permissions and make sure Delete Schedules is checked
Step 5 - Click Ok
Step 6 - Go back to the PBRS Authentication tab
Step 7 - Select the user for whom you would like to grant permission to delete schedules
Step 8 - By Security Role, select the group that now has deletion permissions
Step 9 - Click Ok
This user has been added to the group and can now delete single or package schedules in the PBRS Web Application.
