      How to import and export schedules using the CRD API

      This article offers a comprehensive, step-by-step guide on importing and exporting schedules through the CRD API.

      Note: This feature works for our report Single and Package schedules only.

      How to Export schedules:

      Step 1 - Navigate to the System tab and click on Export Schedules

      Step 2 - Select the schedule(s) and click the green right arrow to move the schedule to the right hand pane.

      Step 3 - Once all the required schedules have been selected, click Next

      Step 4 - Select Use REST API for Export

      Step 5 - Input the necessary CRD API details for the server where you will be exporting the schedules.

      Step 6 - Click on the Retrieve Token button. After the Token information appears, your schedules will be prepared for export.

      Step 7 - Click Next

      Step 8 - Click Finish to begin the export.

       You have successfully exported  and imported the selected schedule(s) using the CRD API. The destination server will inherit the folder structure from the original CRD.
