Compatibility with different versions of Exchange may still function without issues even if the most recent service packs are not installed. We recommend using a Personal access token (PATs) when accessing Tableau. This is necessary if your Tableau account is set up to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or Single Sign-On (SSO).
User Account Controls
When installing ATRS on the server, it is crucial to disable the User Account Controls (UAC) until the installation is complete. Make sure that you or your IT personnel are available to disable this feature until installation is complete.
Once the installation is finished, UAC can be turned back on.
Anti Virus and other Security
To ensure smooth integration with your current systems and uninterrupted operation, it is important to whitelist your new software in all security systems and anti-virus software. This involves whitelisting the "ChristianSteven" folder that is created during the installation process, along with its files, sub-folders, and their contents.
If you need assistance with any of the prerequisites listed above, please contact your system administrator.
