      How do I setup Messaging in Integrations in CRD?

      This is how you would configure messaging within Integrations in CRD. This feature allows you to select which account you would like your schedules to send messages from.

      Integrations - Messaging

      • Select Integrations.

      CRD Home Screen x

      • Select Messaging.

      • Email Type: Click the dropdown arrow to select which email type you prefer. 
      • Account: Click the dropdown arrow to select which account you would like to send messages from. 
      • Click the Test button to test the account.

      • The Email Test window will pop up. Enter your email to send the test email to and click OK.

      • Email test succeeded will pop up. Click OK.

      • Click Save & Close.
      • The messaging has now been configured for CRD.
