In Document Repository you can upload files and download files created by other users.
Document Repository - Library
In Document Repository you can upload files and download files created by other users. The file must be less than 10MB.
- Go to Library and select Document Repository.
Uploading a New File
- Click New File.
- File Name: Enter a File Name.
- File Description: Enter a description of the file.
- Groups: Use groups to determine which groups of people have access to the file.
Groups must have been set up within Users and Groups - Groups Manager
- Select File: Click the Choose File button to select the file to upload.
- Click Save.
Once the file has been saved successfully the following screen will be displayed.
Downloading the File
- Click the Download File button under the Action section.
Creating a Folder
- Click New Folder.
- Folder Name: Enter a Folder Name.
- Folder Description: Enter a description of the folder.
- Groups: Use groups to determine which groups of people have access to the file.
Groups must have been set up within Users and Groups - Groups Manager
- Click Save.
Once the file has been saved successfully the following screen will be displayed.
