IntelliFront BI Release 20261021 Now Available

IntelliFront BI Version 3.7.7.0 Build 20261021 has been released. The following enhancements along with software fixes have been included.

Enhancements:

• Enhanced Keyword Management: Improved support for Word & Numeric Keywords, allowing users to sort and filter schedules across multiple data sources.
• Dashboard Auto-Save Configuration: Introduced the ability to disable automatic saving when creating or editing dashboards, giving users greater control during dashboard development and testing.
• SSRS Account Management: Added a Delete button to the SSRS Accounts section, making it easier to remove accounts that are no longer required.
• User Account Locking: Added the ability to lock and unlock user accounts directly from User Manager, simplifying user access management.
• Redesigned User Manager: Updated the User Manager interface to provide a more intuitive, organized view of users and their associated groups, simplifying navigation and user administration. 
• Workflow Gizmo Execution: Added the ability to trigger and execute Gizmos directly from workflows, providing greater flexibility when automating business processes.
• Improved Dashboard Link Sharing: Enhanced dashboard sharing so that users accessing a shared dashboard link are redirected to the intended dashboard after successfully logging in.
• Dashboard Sharing Security: Introduced additional security controls for dashboard sharing. Administrators can control whether dashboards may be shared without authentication, with additional options to configure security at the individual dashboard level.
• Default PDF Paper Size: Added the ability for administrators to configure a default paper size for dashboard PDF exports, helping ensure consistency across exported reports.

Issues Resolved:

• Smart Folder Navigation: Resolved an issue where selecting Save & Close within a Smart Folder would incorrectly redirect users to the Gizmos section instead of returning them to the appropriate location.
• Support Ticket Submission: Fixed an issue that prevented users from submitting support requests directly from the application using Resources → Log a Call.
• Dashboard Import: Resolved an HTTP 500 error that could occur when importing IntelliFront BI dashboards using .ifx files.
• General UI Improvements: Implemented additional interface improvements to enhance usability, navigation, and overall application stability.
