The Tableau account used by ATRS determines which content it can access. Parameters and filters select the data for each recipient; they do not sign in as that recipient or replace Tableau access controls. Check that each exported file contains only the intended data.

Yes. Add PDF passwords, printing and copying permissions, watermarks and file properties. Passwords can come from your data, so recipients can have different passwords. Document permissions depend on the recipient’s PDF reader.
