CRD Release 20240814 Now Available

CRD Version 7.8 20240814 has been released. The following enhancements along with software fixes have been included.

Enhancements

• Implemented the capability to generate CRD single schedules through the API.
• Included in Custom Calendars is now the ability to select whether they should recur yearly or stay fixed, removing the need to manually enter the same dates annually.

Issues Resolved

• CRD defaults back to 32-bit, rather than staying on 64-bit as intended after an update.
• Custom Tasks DSN Passwords are now securely encrypted for enhanced data protection.

Removed or Deprecated Software Features

• Built in Fax Destination is no longer supported and has been removed.  To continue using CRD to Fax reports, simply email report to an external or commercial Fax Server following their instructions.
  
  
• SMTP with Office 365 has been deprecated by Microsoft. Click to see how to continue using Office 365 in CRD.
  
  

Important

• Microsoft Server 2012 is in "End of Support" state. CRD is no longer supported on this platform. If your software is still running on Microsoft Server 2012, please obtain a server with a newer operating system. Then, open a ticket for help migrating your software to the new server.
  
  
• Microsoft SQL Server 2012 is in "End of Support" state and needs to be updated. Click to see how you can update your instance of SQL Server for CRD or open a ticket and we will perform the upgrade for you.
