CRD Release 20250122 Now Available

CRD Version 7.8 20250122 has been released. The following enhancements along with software fixes have been included.

Enhancements

• Added the ability to Import and Export schedules using the CRD API.
  

   

Issues Resolved

• Permissions set on a Group's Parent Folder are not automatically applied to all its Child Folders.
• The "log a call" option does not display the correct browser window.

• Occasionally, Event-Based Schedules become locked for a prolonged duration and are unable to be processed by the scheduler.

Removed or Deprecated Software Features

• Built in Fax Destination is no longer supported and has been removed.  To continue using CRD to Fax reports, simply email report to an external or commercial Fax Server following their instructions.
  
  
• SMTP with Office 365 has been deprecated by Microsoft. Click to see how to continue using Office 365 in CRD.
  
  

Important

• Microsoft Server 2012 is in "End of Support" state. CRD is no longer supported on this platform. If your software is still running on Microsoft Server 2012, please obtain a server with a newer operating system. Then, open a ticket for help migrating your software to the new server.
  
  
• Microsoft SQL Server 2012 is in "End of Support" state and needs to be updated. Click to see how you can update your instance of SQL Server for CRD or open a ticket and we will perform the upgrade for you.
