How do I set up a Microsoft Teams destination in CRD?

The Microsoft Teams destination allows you to deliver your Crystal reports to a container.

Destinations - Microsoft Teams

  • In the Schedule Wizard, go to Destinations.

  • Click Add and select MS Teams.

  • Teams Account: Use the drop-down menu to select the Microsoft Teams Account.
  • Teams Channel: Select the channel name to export the report to.

  • Your Microsoft Teams destination has been set.
