Automate Power BI Report Scheduling & Delivery
Schedule, export and deliver Power BI reports automatically — to the right people, in the right format, at the right time.
PBRS automates recurring and event-driven report delivery to Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, network folders and more. Export to PDF, Excel and other formats, apply dynamic filters for each recipient, and automate the entire workflow without building complex Power Automate flows.
Automatically Email Power BI Reports to the Right People
Schedule Power BI reports to be delivered automatically by email—daily, weekly, monthly, or when a business event occurs.
Send reports as PDF, Excel, HTML, or embedded images, and use dynamic filters to deliver personalized report content to each recipient. PBRS handles the entire process automatically, so your team doesn't have to export, prepare, and send reports manually.
Automatically Export Power BI Reports to Formatted Excel
Export Power BI report data to Excel automatically and deliver workbooks your recipients can actually use.
PBRS can export summary or underlying data with formatting, add row and column totals, and place data from multiple visuals into separate worksheet tabs. Schedule delivery automatically and give recipients analysis-ready Excel files without manually exporting or rebuilding spreadsheets.
Schedule Power BI Reports Exactly When You Need Them
Go beyond basic daily or weekly subscriptions. PBRS gives you precise control over when Power BI reports run, export, and get delivered.
Schedule reports hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or using custom calendars. You can also trigger reports automatically when something happens—such as a database change, a file arriving, or an email being received—so reports are delivered when the business needs them, not just when the clock says so.
One Power BI Report. Personalized for Every Recipient.
Use a single Power BI report to automatically create and deliver personalized versions for different people, teams, customers, or regions.
PBRS can use data-driven rules to control recipients, filters, formats, email content, and delivery destinations. Each person gets the report that applies to them, while your team manages one automated process instead of manually preparing dozens or hundreds of separate reports.
Automate Power BI Report Delivery Without Complex Power Automate Flows
PBRS gives you one purpose-built workflow for scheduling, filtering, exporting, and delivering Power BI reports automatically.
Instead of building and maintaining multiple automation steps, PBRS handles the entire report-delivery process in one place. Schedule reports, apply dynamic filters, export to the required format, and deliver them to the right destination without creating complex flows or relying on manual workarounds.
